Lots of work was done ... DB migration took weeks. The package swap/upgrade happened on Monday.

Ha. No worries... I did hit one weird thing yesterday. I tried to run the log playbook and it errored because python-mirrors-countme which it was trying to install conflicted with python3.11-mirrors-countme that was installed. ;) No biggie and I adjusted the playbook assuming that the newer one was the right one to have there.
