I'm having a rather annoying issue where, for whatever reason, I'm unable to sign up to Fedora's matrix.

I'm prompted to either sign in or create an account:

Clicking "create an account" redirects me to log in. I assume this is because I'm already logged into my Fedora Account:

Regardless of which choice I make, I'm redirected to this page:

Agreeing just gives me a "Monthly Active User Limit Exceeded" 403 Error:

This is preventing me from talking in the Fedora Matrix.

Sorry if this isn't the right place to file an issue in. It seemed like the most related.
