Just got this:

Retrying. (1/2): kernel-modules-6.9.9-100.fc39.x86_64.rpm 8.5 MB/s | 62 MB 00:07 (2/2): kernel-modules-core-6.9.9-100.fc39.x86_6 3.7 MB/s | 37 MB 00:09
Got the full kernel-modules-core-6.9.9-100.fc39 OK.
If someone posts instructions I may be able to go through the logs and figure out which mirror I got it from.
This is likely some zstd difference... see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1873876 for example.
Do you have the latest zstd?
In any case, I don't think we want to spend much time on this. drpms are dropped in f40+ and the 'failure' mode is to just download the full rpm, so nothing actually breaks.

I am not sure kernel-modules ever worked with drpms... it runs a depmod in post, so the on disk version of the package will likely never match the in repo version. ;(

So, this isn't really an infra issue. It could be a zstd one, or it could be that just the way drpm works it will never work. ;(
Sorry to not have better news for you here.
