Request for testing account approval for GitLab

I want you to approve my account on Communishift GitLab instance

Username: siosm

Do you need admin account?: maybe?

Why do you need admin account?: I would like to be able to create groups, i.e. to create the Fedora Atomic Desktops group for testing. Not sure if that means I'll need admin rights.
