#12645 src.fp.o not sending emails for opened / closed / commented-on PRs?
Closed: Fixed with Explanation by kevin. Opened by decathorpe.

Two PRs on src.fp.o I opened yesterday were commented on and one of them was merged - but I didn't receive any email notifications for opening them, for one of them being merged, or them being commented on:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/snapshot/pull-request/9
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/papers/pull-request/3

If I hadn't received matrix notifications for those actions (and it's easy to miss them in the firehose of stuff I get) I would have missed the comments entirely.

I got one for https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-click/pull-request/26 just a bit ago...

I wonder if it was broken but got fixed somewhere. ;(

If it got fixed less than 17 hours ago, possibly. I can keep a look out for other cases where I expect to receive an email but don't

Mail hasn't been happy since the move, hopefully it's getting better and/or this is fixed. Keeping it open a couple of days.

Can confirm that I still don't get email notifications from src.fedoraproject.org. :(

For example, the events here didn't seem to trigger emails, i.e. new comment(s) and the "PR merged" event.

Is it only pull requests doing this? ie, are you getting pagure.io and lists and fmn emails ok?

I got some email notifications for merged pull requests in src.fp.o today. So it's possible that it has fixed itself now.

Though some of them were also in my spam folder, so maybe it's just Google doing weird things with my email after all? ...

Sadly, whoever had our ip block before us didn't seem to have a good email reputation.

And we have been added to the 'abusix' list because some mgmt devices sent out email with a internal domain. :(

Oof, yeah, that might explain it - I've also been getting bounce notifications for some mailing lists, including for myself :(

If this is out of your / our control, then feel free to close this ticket.

abusix has unlisted us. So perhaps things are better now?

Feel free to re-open if you see them still failing and we can see what we can do.
