https://console-openshift-console.apps.ocp.stg.fedoraproject.org/project-details/ns/cloud-image-uploader is currently crash looping since the queue it expects to subscribe to in RabbitMQ isn't there.

Describe what you would like us to do:

I believe the playbooks/openshift-apps/cloud-image-uploader.yml just needs to be run against staging to create that.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Not urgent, whenever you get to it

Playbook run, and it seems to have made a bunch of queues.
