I'm closing this one as invalid. The certificate used by resultsdb-ci-listener project is resultsdb-ci-listener.crt. Not sure why we have this one with underscores as well.

In the end this one is the correct one, because the queue in rabbitmq is really named resultsdb_ci_listener and the certificates needs to have corresponding subject name :/
