Seems something related with VSCode, because it does not happen between regular folders. When the dragged file is going to enter the VSCode window area the full system collapse and restarts.

VSCode installed from official site, not flathub.

This isn't the right place to diagnose/report these kinds of issues. We just run the servers that build and distribute fedora.
