Hi, our CI started failing today on pulling ostree commits from ostree.fedoraproject.org.

This is preventing ostree systems from updating, and preventing build systems trying to pull ostree commits from functioning.
Trying to visit the above URL in a browser ends in endless anime-girl redirects with broken images.

This should have been solved a while back... we excluded those endpoints.
