Describe what you would like us to do:

Whenever I try to visit either of the Bugzilla projects [1][2] I get a 403 forbidden. This happens whether I am logged in or not.

I can visit random other project [3].

I can visit the group itself [4].

I can git pull the repos.

It's not blocking anyone AFAIAA.

This was blocked when we were getting an AI scrapper flood and never unblocked. ;(

I'll clean those blocks up now. Sorry about that.
