Describe what you would like us to do:

I've given commit acl to both: intel-igc, and intel-compute-runtime to @androniychuk , he is in a packager group, with Fedora Kerberos logged in, but any attempt to upload to dist-git on his part ends with "Could not execute upload: Dist-git request is unauthorized.".

We would be happy for any help and/or tips where the culprit might be.

Did he tried to logout and login again to dist-git, some permissions are only refreshed after that.

I figured it out, it was a proxy issue

proxy works with some fedpkg commands but not others...
