I wonder if we could re-enable project creation for stg.pagure.io (just stg, not prod)? I'm testing some Forge post-migration scripts and it would be easier for me if I could create a custom-tailored source Pagure repo to test it, instead of relying on what we already have.

There seems to be no harm in re-enabling it just for the staging instance (which can be nuked and re-created any time).

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It would be most useful if done in the next week or two. If later, I'll probably find a different approach in the meantime.
