After logging into https://translate.fedoraproject.org/ Fedora service, I'm asked to accept a 3rd party terms and conditions https://weblate.org/en/terms/, among others:

the Parties explicitly confirm that they are business entities and that they are entering into this Agreement within the scope of their business activities.

Already complained at devel list https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/ADYMRIYYSIFTTKZBKKYAEOX4S2HLQNRI/.

Fedora Infra is not managing this instance, I recommend to ask the Translation team about that.
