I'm a bit confused.
That message is a message in the interface.
What happens when you run:
git clone ssh://badunn@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/forks/baduun/rpms/msgraph.git
ie, is there a problem actually running the clone command? Or is there only a problem with the web ui showing you the needed git url to clone?

It appears I am having problems with access, I was initially locked out from even submitting a ticket here. Output for the above command is:
[bash]$ git clone ssh://badunn@pkgs.fedoraproject.org/forks/baduun/rpms/msgraph.git Cloning into 'msgraph'... No such repository fatal: Could not read from remote repository. Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.
