#8039 Let people reprovision their 2nd factor without admin intervention

According to https://pagure.io/infra-docs/blob/master/f/docs/sysadmin-guide/sops/2-factor.rst , I would need to ask to a admin to change my 2nd factor authenticator. Would it be possible to let people remove their 2FA themself so they can reprovision it (for example, by using the 2nd factor to authenticate people before doing that, ) ?

My usecase is that I got a new phone, but I can't migrate the existing seed from the old one.

This should be looked at as a feature request for the new Authentication system.

Yeah, this is planned for the next account system. We don't really want to go doing a ton of updates to the existing one, it's in maint mode only.
