Issue #8323: Content-generator repo is missing - fedora-infrastructure

Following repo disappeared few days ago, but is necessary for Koji/Brew QE.

As far as I know the only thing that uses a content generator in fedora koji is mbs.

@jkaluza would any mbs changes have resulted in no longer making that repo?

Or, I suppose OSBS might do something with it? @cverna any ideas?
