This is prod follow-up of staging change done in https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/7597.

I've recently started using Celery in ODCS instead of using fedmsg-hub for frontend -> backend communication. This has been tested in staging and I want to deploy it the same way in the prod.

I therefore need rabbitmq vhost for ODCS, certificates to connect it and maybe also other things, see the #7597 to find out what @kevin done there.

Looks like this is already done in prod, I didn't restrict things to stg.

Look at the end of the roles/odcs/backend/tasks/main.yml role. It creates the user/role/vhost there. :)
