Basically the bigger problem is that if there's a long file list on someone's fedorapeople page, the footer will cover about three lines instead of showing up all the way at the bottom.

I'm not sure if this is the best place to report this, but I couldn't find an issue tracker for fedorapeople - feel free to point me elsewhere.

The HTML send by fedoraproject.org server is fairly broken:

Also, there's this huge footer which does not scroll with the page and thus cover some links.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virt-preview/fedora-25/x86_64/
2. observe big footer covering actual links
3. view source
4. observe invalid HTML

Actual results:
Broken HTML & CSS.

Expected results:
I'd expect that I no longer need to disable footer just to download some links.
