Describe what you would like us to do:

By popular vote, the AAA portal project will be renamed from Securitas to Noggin.
However, https://github.com/fedora-infra/noggin already exists. Could you rename the current noggin to something else (like noggin-old maybe), and then rename securitas to noggin?

According to the warning on this github help page it should be possible to reuse the name of a project that has been renamed, it will just break the redirects (which we don't care about).

When do you need this to be done by?

When you can, but the sooner the better.

I find this somewhat unfortunate, if people have a local clone of the old noggin and try to do a git pull they may end up with a very awkward error message :(

True. I don't think Noggin has ever been published though, and it only has 2 forks in Github (one of them being Ryan, on the AAA team).

Yeah, thats unfortunate, but I don't see a way around it. ;(
