Describe what you would like us to do:

Currently virthost-os01 and virthost-os02 are Dell R520 systems whose warranty runs out in May and need to be replace with R630 boxes which have a longer warranty. We do not plan to move any Dell R520 systems out of PHX2 so this needs to be done before boxes move in April

Make fed-cloud15 into virthost-cloud02
Make virthost-os03 into virthost-cloud01

Move proxies from virthost-os01 -> virthost-cloud01
Move proxies from virthost-os02 -> virthost-cloud02
Add services needed for RDU-CC as needed to the virthost-cloud boxes.
