#9023 pagure.io user activity 'heat map' does not display (404 for cal-heatmap.source-map.js)

On any user's pagure.io page - e.g. mine - the 'heat map' that should show user contributions for each day over the last few months does not display, the box is empty. The browser console shows this error:

There's some errors relating to a 'd3' too, not sure if these are related:

The resource from “https://pagure.io/static/vendor/d3/d3.v3.min.js” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://pagure.io/static/vendor/d3/d3.v3.min.js”.
ReferenceError: d3 is not defined

This is know and fixed upstream, I think we even have a ticket on the infra
tracker here for this (we may have closed it though).
I had a plan to make a 5.10.1 release but have not done it yet
