After a fedpkg push the notification email said:

Notification time stamped 2020-07-21 08:19:45 UTC

Which gives a 404. It seems that /branch/ should be /tree/.

This is a fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure bug, but this is a library and a system that we want to re-write in a short term, so I doubt we want to invest the time and effort to address the few issues that are currently in fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure.

We are closing the ticket as we are planning to rewrite the FMN.
