Describe what you would like us to do:

In https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/9158, the bugz.fedoraproject.org/ url was redirected to bugzilla directly, because of a missing app.

I'd like to request that tickets of type IN_QA are also included in the redirect, as those are still open, and might be relevant to people looking at existing issues.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Fixed by: fedora-infra/ansible#188

Applied by running: playbooks/groups/proxies.yml -t packages/bugz.fp.o.

It failed on proxy33 but that's a WIP proxy, so kinda expected
