Describe what you would like us to do:

I attempted to fork the https://pagure.io/fedpkg repo yesterday. https://pagure.io/fork/merlinm/fedpkg is still unusable saying "The permissions on this repository are being updated..." The fork is unusable and I cannot delete it.

Please fix this by finishing whatever it is waiting for, or by deleting the bad fork so I can try again.

Done using: pagure-admin read-only fedpkg --user=merlinm --ro false :)

Thanks, @pingou! The fork ended up empty. But I was able to delete it and try to fork again--successfully this time! All good now.
