This should likely be moved to the centos-infrastructure, at: https://pagure.io/centos-infra/

The router certs have been replaced (jenkins-continuous-infra.apps.ci.c.o should be good now). The console certificates will be replaced shortly

Expiration shows as January 13, 2021 so I think we are in the clear
