https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=55802426 and https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=55794506 don't seem to be finding any builders and are stuck in 'free' state.

Fixed.

There were some commits a while back that changed around the kojid.conf file, and they made it so the kojid_containerbuild plugin was never enabled. ;(
This was fine as long as we never restarted things, but we updated/rebooted recently.

Anyhow, I have fixed the logic and the builds are moving ahead now.
