Please repair service https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/yubikey/self_test
It now responds with a 500 internal error.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

This url is called when I try to run a 'Test Auth' for my Yubikey.

FAS is meant to go away in the next 30 days. We will need to see if this happens with the new authentication program. In FAS 2fa yubikey is only useful for people in the sysadmin groups and not other applications
