Looks like https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/ is completely down. Maybe a yet another occurrence of httpd being killed by OOM?

You are right, exactly what happened:

Mar 07 05:56:37 copr-fe.aws.fedoraproject.org systemd[1]: httpd.service: A process of this unit has been killed by the OOM killer.
Mar 07 05:57:26 copr-fe.aws.fedoraproject.org systemd[1]: httpd.service: Failed with result 'oom-kill'.
Mar 07 05:57:26 copr-fe.aws.fedoraproject.org systemd[1]: httpd.service: Consumed 23h 34min 23.592s CPU time.

I started it again, and we need to start paying better attention to where the memory is leaking.
