I don't see a redirect. Can you try in a private window?

Also when you do the retries could you record the UTC time so we can look through the logs to see if there is a particular item causing it?

@kevin Sorry for late response, I still have the same issue. I'm trying to login to https://os.stg.fedoraproject.org/, this will redirect me to https://id.stg.fedoraproject.org/login, where I get 400 when I try to log in and when clicking on Forgot password? I'm redirected to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/forgot-password/ask

I'm doing all this in Private tab in browser.

Here is the date from response header:

GMT should be same as UTC

Resetting the password on https://accounts.stg.fedoraproject.org directly worked, so I'm now able to login to https://os.stg.fedoraproject.org/
