So, I don't see you in the packager group... and when I try and add you I see:

" Unable to add user coiby: missing user agreement: Fedora Project Contributor Agreement "

You need to agree to the FPCA before you can be added to the packager group.

Can you do that and have @ngompa add you after that?

Btw, there are several times when I logined into src.fedora.org, I was prompted to sign an agreement and the link was FAS2 which "is deprecated and currently in read-only mode". I guess this agreement is FPCA. If so we should give the FPCA link instead of FAS2 in the prompt.

Can some check be added in noggin for checking FPCA for new packager? The noggin should give same/similar error message so that both sponsor and sponsoree will know what can be the issue.

It does. It says " Unable to add user coiby: missing user agreement: Fedora Project Contributor Agreement ".
I suspect @ngompa didn't notice the message at the top and assumed it added the user.
Not sure how to make it more prominant.

The message did not show up. It said that I successfully added @coiby.

Actually I too attempted after @ngompa tried to sponsor @coiby. I too did not see that message.
