Updated Kinoite today to BaseCommit 9be0766a52860325fc63bab5b9a795cbde9361de5f8f2241b015b31ad6fa18d2

The update removed 111 packages related to my virt-manager overlay. I still have that overlay set, but it removed the packages regardless.

A fresh install of Kinoite in a Boxes VM works as intended. Must be something on my install.

You'll probably need to install virt-install or a libvirt-foo package to make sure you keep the daemon as a dependency.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it turned out it was not a dependency issue. It was working for weeks with just overlaying virt-manager; it pulled in all the required dependencies. It just suddenly looked like it lost a bunch of dependencies when I ran rpm-ostree upgrade yesterday afternoon.

In the end, it turned out to just be a transient issue (corruption?) with my local repo metadata. Running rpm-ostree cleanup -m -b returned all the correct dependencies and installed them.
