Fedora Workstation have option to add third-party repos which adds flathub repo additionaly to some rpmfusion repos.
KDE Neon is another distro which adds flathub repo unconditionally https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon/settings/-/blob/Neon/unstable/debian/neon-settings-2.neon-flathub.service

This is blocked on us getting our initial setup experience sorted out.

We can't do this at this time, though we can do the filtered Flathub view (tracked in #94).
