I'd like to propose this discussion for the meeting and in general on this ticket.
oxygen-sounds repository has been created with an autochangelog macro and that's fine, however I'd like us to settle on this as a standard across all KDE packages in Fedora. This way we can drop the need for changelog entries in updates.
Is it possible to convert existing packages to the new autochangelog style simplifying the spec files and keeping them clean?
I'm in favor of converting all of our package to autorelease & autochangelog.
I vaguely remember that @ngompa has concerns but I don't think they are blocking.

I second this.
Please guys, have a look at: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/T6J2WGIMRCTW77QTH4D7HPNS6KUGDQOQ/#2YGJYFIEN2JLMC6DO5JZDWEA7XOK5DK2
I'm in favour of converting pending Neal's hearing Neal's concerns.
There are a number of problems with rpmautospec, but the core issue for us that going back and forth between COPR and Koji will break things.
As long as we want to be able to handle KDE packages on both systems, we cannot use it.
After discussion, I'm OK too to wait until rpmautospec is working in coprs.

I will remove the macros from the oxygen-sounds package.
We will continue using the "old" style for now until things are better with rpmautospec
