This piece of software allows people to do privilege escalation from within KDE apps so that they can edit their root-owned files safely. See https://invent.kde.org/system/kio-admin.

It's a recommendation on https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Non-Plasma_packages and would be a good idea to pre-install.

Since we don't have this package, I'm going to create spec file and bring fedora first then we can add into comops for default in next release (f38)
