What should provide the /usr/share/doc/HTML hierarchy for modern KF5-based (and soon KF6-based) applications? The files installed in these directories are supposed to be handled by %find_lang $NAME --with-html, so they are largely opaque to the packager. kde-filesystem is currently the only package that provides these, but otherwise it is clearly intended for KDE 3 and 4 applications, is even versioned '4', and very few KDE apps still require it. Should these be provided by kf5-filesystem (and soon, kf6-filesystem)?
%find_lang $NAME --with-html

Proposal based on discussion in SIG and further investigation:
Requires: kde-filesystem
Requires: kde3-filesystem
Requires: kde4-filesystem
In terms of the last two points, any guidance on the KF6 equivalents of the following unversioned directories currently in kf5-filesystem would help:
LGTM.

cc @justinz any insight here?
I don't think I'm up to speed enough with Fedora to weigh in here. I trust Neal's judgement here.

Metadata Update from @yselkowitz: - Issue assigned to yselkowitz
First step merged. Second step: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kdelibs3/pull-request/2 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kdelibs/pull-request/1
And third step: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kf5/pull-request/6 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kf6/pull-request/1
All changes are merged into rawhide (F40). Do any packaging policies or documentation need to be updated for this?
