GNOME has "logs" and there is no equivalent for viewing system logs on Kinoite.
The app is also not available as a Flatpak (or is it, on the Fedora Flatpak remote?)
The app works without problems (unlike ksystemlog which requires a root account), doesnt require a password, uses Qt6.
It graphically allows to search logs, select by rating and many more very useful things!
It is available as a Fedora flatpak: org.kde.kjournaldbrowser
org.kde.kjournaldbrowser
I found https://apps.kde.org/ksystemlog/ in the apps list but not kjournald. Not sure if it's supposed to be a user facing app.

I think that having an application that can read system logs installed by default would be a good idea.
Found https://apps.kde.org/kjournaldbrowser/
Let's just ship kjournald in KDE Spin and Kinoite.
