For the record, just bringing this discussion here to prevent a potentially inflammatory discussion in the Matrix Channel.
There was an issue that a user brought up in the channel regarding the Fedora Theme being a duplication of the Breeze Theme. They wanted the Sig to consider removing either the Fedora Theme or the Breeze Theme so that it isn't duplicated in the theme selections. There's likely a reason that the themes are duplicated at the moment but there doesn't appear to be a place where this is codified.
This issue is merely an opportunity to make that information accessible
This is intentional. Fedora Breeze is Breeze with Fedora branding. We keep the original around so people can use upstream branding if they wish.

I think you could atleast enable the delete option when the user feels like it's not needed to have both of them. Currently required to dig in the configs and delete them.
Nope, they are not removable because they are system-wide as part of the base KDE packages.
Not to mention, the Fedora theme is built on top of the upstream one.
