We should update https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/upgrading-fedora-new-release/ to add a section for KDE with Discover.

Same thing for the Silverblue/Kinoite section.

Done for KDE Plasma Desktop in https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs/issue/759. The docs page need some minor adjustment for the Atomic Desktop case to make it more generic. I'll do that.
