Installing Fedora in Portuguese Brazilian makes LibreOffice User Interface in English without option to change the language in "Languages and Locales" > "Display Language"

Had seen this problem in f38 or f39, but only reported now in f41 beta

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora in Portuguese Brazilian (PT-BR) and restart to complete installation
2. Check if LibreOffice interface is in PT-BR, if not proceed
3. Try changing your Display language setting: Option (Alt + F12) > Languages and Locales > Display Language
Actual Results:
LibreOffice Display Language setting, don't contain any languages besides English

Expected Results:
It should Portuguese Brazilian or, preferable, all languages to change the User Interface

How to solve: simply install the language pack to your respective Fedora installation language: in my case it was sudo dnf install libreoffice-langpack-pt-BR

Please check if this problem occurs in others languages as well

It looks like automatic langpack installation is unimplemented in Fedora KDE (as opposed to Fedora Workstation). You have to manually install your preferred language support. The main package is called langpacks-CODE, where CODE is the language code, e.g. langpacks-cs for Czech or langpacks-pt_BR for Brazilian Portuguese. Use e.g. sudo dnf search langpack brazil to search for it (and other available langpacks), or search using Discover for the same.
