Qt 6.8 was released this week: https://www.qt.io/blog/qt-6.8-released

This is also the beginning of a new Qt LTS release cycle too.

We'd like to see this land for CentOS Stream 10 also if possible.

Isn't 6.9 already available? kinfo returns "Qt Version: 6.9.1".
