I agree with the sentiment here. I'll take it one step further too, I think at least one senior kde-sig memeber should be pkg admin for all those as well.

I'll start reviewing all those as time allows, and adjust where I can (where I'm already an admin). Anything remaining will require more love

For "plasma-pass" I added kde-sig with "commit" permission. For adding "senior kde-sig member" let me know who to be added.

I knocked out what I could today, adding kde-sig as admin to all the packages I had permission.
