Provide the fedora.css file with the Fedora-specific definitions.

This change probably requires to update the .spec file.

This seems fine to me. I'm happy to merge it.

That said, I'm a bit confused the workflow here. This project has no releases, but they still appear on the dist-git side. I guess snapshots?
Anyhow, we will figure it out.
