#1 Zinebot needs better feedback on startup

Zinebot currently follows the "no news is good news" philosophy with regard to its startup procedure. But some positive feedback probably wouldn't be a bad thing. A few things that might be useful to include in a startup message would include what room(s) the bot is currently listening in and how to stop the bot.
