Now that this thing is getting deployed, wouldn't it be better to maintain a changelog and releases?

I suppose we can also keep it 'rolling' (or well, no releases) as it currently is. @mymindstorm ?

Agreed. I have been keeping it "rolling" due to needing to make changes quickly, but now would be a good time to start tagging releases and writing changelogs. If Pagure does not support adding release notes to tags, I'll create a CHANGELOG.md
