#56 Use xml files as a source of truth instead of sqlite files

When fetching repository metadata, generate instead of fetching sqlite files directly. Fixes #54

Fedora no longer generates sqlite files. We can download repo metadata as xml instead and use sqliterepo_c to transform xml into sqlite databases.
