Description of Issue/Request
I’d expect contributors plan on the early date (line 23), and users should expect a release at the later date (line 26), not the other way around.

Is the schedule manually maintained in https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/blob/main/f/f-44/Fedora.Schedule.xml, so one can submit a PR, or does the magic of populating those dates happen elsewhere?
