Subject: Remove modules rebuild from the schedule


Fedora does not deliver modules since Fedora 39. Mass rebuilding them
was removed in <https://pagure.io/fedora-pgm/schedule/issue/119> but
it reappered in f-41 schedule.

This patch removes them again from f-41 and f-42 schedule.
