#227 Add Python packages to Zuul config (100 pkgs)

A list of all packages maintained by @python-packagers-sig & members of Python-maint was assembled, we'd like to add the packages to Zuul Ci.

Please do not merge yet, I'd like to have a ~ week-long period of time for maintainers to object.
I'll let you know when it's ready to merge. Thank you.

Would it be possible to add python-breathe, pmbootstrap, obs-service-download_files and obs-service-format_spec_file as well?

Hi, I maintain Python packages which are not in your list, probably because they are not maintained by the Python SIG?

Is it ok to add them anyway? More CI is a great thing :smile:

They are python3-cangjie and ibus-cangjie.

Per request of our CI folks I'm currently splitting this PR to a smaller ones which will be easier to incorporate.
I'll add the packages mentioned above.

Here comes the first 100 packages in two commits: one that just sorts the current master state of fedora-distgits.yaml and the one which actually adds the packages.
