Probably the webhook setting is not set on the repo. No PRs validated by
Zuul since a while and blocking the landing of https://pagure.io/fedora-zuul-jobs/pull-request/179

So just removing from the Zuul project list. The project could be added
back again. Also see: https://pagure.io/kojid-cloud-scheduler/pull-request/11
