I am extending Fedora Packaging Tutorial with a "live tutorial"
section where realistic packaging actions are performed against mock
upstream project. In order to make everything work with less human
actions, I want to automate some upstream responses, and also add CI
to automatically warn about PRs that are not according to tutorial
instructions. As it seems that Zuul it the way to make that happen in
pagure.io, I request adding the project.
